Notes

  • The initial member number and password are the same as those used to access your account in the office at Gransden Lodge.
  • The password is not case-sensitive, and all spaces are ignored - such as in postcodes.
    So, for example, both XX1 2YZ and XX12YZ would be valid.
  • After a successful first login it is strongly recommended that you change your password for one that doesn't include spaces! Note that this only affect your online sign-in. Your password on the accounts system in the office remains unchanged.
  • If you change address, the password in your office account changes to your new postcode. Your password for sign-in to the online system does not change.
  • If you change email address please notify the office.
  • The Two Seat Booking and Rosters section of the site uses a different set of usernames and passwords.
