Gransden Lodge Regionals 2009 - Entry Form

The Entry Fee is £205, inclusive of the BGA Competition Levy.

To guarantee an entry a deposit of £50 has to be paid, via the office, by the 15 December 2008. and this will qualify the entrant for a £10.00 discount. The office will contact you to explain payment methods.

The official BGA Registration Form will be sent (electronically) in the New Year and the balance of the entry fee will be required by 15 June 2009. It is your responsibility to pay the final amount by this date.

All future correspondence will be done electronically, so it is essential that a valid email address is provided as this will be used until the start of the competition in August 2009.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we now feel it is necessary to implement a refund policy.

A refund (minus the deposit if no competitor replacement can be found) will be paid if an official withdrawal is received by the 30 June 2009.

A 50% refund will be made if the withdrawal occurs after the 30 June and before 15 August 2009. No refund will be given after that date.
