The Entry Fee is £205, inclusive of the BGA Competition Levy. From the 15 June, new entrants must pay in full, with existing entrants paying the outstanding balance by the 1st July 2009 or risk losing their place to the waiting list.
We will be accepting a limited number of late entries to the competition. A waiting list will be started after the 45th entry and the club will contact you if a place becomes available or if we decide to increase the entry numbers.
The official BGA Registration Form, as well as Local Rules, will be sent (electronically) in July.
All future correspondence will be done electronically, so it is essential that a valid email address is provided as this will be used until the start of the competition in August 2009.
The Organisation for this 2009 includes John Glossop as Task Setter and Neil Goudie as Competition Director.

Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we now feel it is necessary to implement a refund policy.
A refund (minus the deposit if no competitor replacement can be found) will be paid if an official withdrawal is received by the 30 June 2009.
A 50% refund will be made if the withdrawal occurs after the 30 June and before 15 August 2009. No refund will be given after that date.
